An exciting new opportunity has arisen at a modern, innovative and fast-paced Financial Services firm. You will be joining a highly collaborative HR & Reward team on an initial 12 month FTC to take the lead on the design, planning & implementation of all equity initiatives across the business in over 10 countries globally.

You will identify opportunities to continually refine and improve the equity arrangements globally, by ensuring the plans are fit for purpose, linked to the firms core values and compliant with all local regulations. You will be pivotal to shaping & developing their reward philosophy around equity as they grow in headcount. You will be managing concurrent share plans and equity systems to ensure these are running optimally and utilising these systems to manage and maintain the shareholder data, and deliver all of the end-to-end equity activities across all countries. You will also have the opportunity to improve awareness regarding the value of equity plans across the firm by delivering training sessions, companywide communications, and preparing content for RemCo meetings.

To be successful in this role you will be highly knowledgeable and have demonstrable experience in equity management and you will have managed stock options and RSU's previously. You will have solid project management experience, where you have previously managed large projects from start to finish on a global scale. You will be an exceptional communicator as you will be managing more junior members on the team both directly and indirectly, as well as liaising with providers of the equity products. Lastly, you need to be highly collaborative, a team player and a creative problem solver who ideally has worked in a start-up or high-growth environment, as you will understand the demands that brings with it.
