We are delighted to be retained by a leading financial services business who are now looking to hire a Senior Reward Manager/Head of Reward to join their London office. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will offer exceptional working contact and strategic exposure with Group RemCo, RemCo Chair, NED’s and business C-Suite, supporting their UK/US operations and acting as the SME on all aspects of remuneration and related governance, ensuring compliance of local regulatory and Group remuneration obligations, while supporting day-to-day remuneration management (salary and incentive compensation analysis, benchmarking, annual salary review). You will provide regional compensation governance oversight and compensation delivery support for MiFiDPRU Remuneration Code requirements and day-to-day compensation activities. You will be responsible for the regulatory submissions in the UK including the establishment of practices and processes to support remuneration requirements, assembly of reports and tracking of deliverables (i.e., High Earners reporting, MRT exclusion report, UK Gender Pay Gap reporting) and support Group RemCo’s by assisting with agenda planning, material presentation and management of timelines. As a result, the business is looking to meet Senior Reward Managers with extensive experience within financial services and related reward governance, compliance & disclosures in the UK Financial Institutions sector, together with proven success at senior stakeholder management. The business is based in brand new state of the art offices close to Liverpool Street. In addition to the above base salary, you will receive a substantial annual bonus and the business is happy to buyout any accrued bonus/LTIP for 2023.
