An International professional services firm, is now looking to recruit an experienced Reward Manger, to join their London (City) offices and undertake a global remit. This newly created role has been created to further advance their reward offering across their non-partner population and will report directly into the Head of HR. There are some exciting projects on the launch-pad that will look at the firm's Benefit's offering and a communication exercise to see how fit-for-purpose their current suite of benefits are to employees. There are also projects to harmonise the UK Reward offering with the International offering and making accessibility more open and engaging. There will of course be key reward events across the annual calendar and this role will lead on salary benchmarking and the global bonus scheme. As a result the firm is looking to meet candidates from any sector who have proven management skills (this role will have 2 direct reports) and who can deliver a pro-active reward service to this high-profile firm.
