A global investment manager, with an incredible success story and pedigree is now recruiting a Reward Manager to join their London team. Based in stunning London offices, a short walk from Victoria, you'll join a workforce who are genuinely passionate about their business. This infectious enthusiasm is further enhanced by their inspirational Head of Reward, who will help nurture and develop your reward career. This role, reporting directly to the Head of Reward and with regular, direct interaction with ExCo members, including the CEO and CFO. This role serves as a crucial SME on compensation and share plans within the business, and provides for some exposure to the PLC Board via authoring of papers for the RemCo and leading meetings with a sub-Committee of the Board for the granting of deferred comp. Duties will include managing and co-ordinating the annual bonus and salary review process - creating the annual timetable, moderate bonus and salary proposals and prepare analysis as required. You will prepare the annual Total Reward Statements for employees as well as creation of accompanying factsheets explaining structure of compensation and prepare relevant papers for management/Board illustrating and analysing compensation structure and spend. There is a share schemes component to the role, managing the relationship with the Employee Benefit Trust and checking the activity of the LTIP, DBP, SAYE and SIP plans and managing the share and share option processes, including grants, exercises, lapses, dividend adjustments and provision of relevant information to payroll.

You will have previous experience working in a similar reward role, or reward consulting together with advanced excel, strong analytical skills and be highly numerate with great attention to detail. Strong communication skills are crucial, alongside excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. Exposure to financial services or asset management is beneficial.
