Reward Manager

The Organisation

This multinational organisation is recruiting for a Reward Manager. With a presence across the Middle East region and with more than 300 employees this giant in the energy sector have created this new role.

The Role

This newly created role is a critical position for the organisation and reports to the VP – Reward. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the compensation & reward programs for the Group.

The Criteria

You will have experience of operating at a senior level in a reward role for a multinational. You will also be able to effectively operate in a fast moving, dynamic, growing environment. Ideally, you will also have experience of working in the Middle East region.
