Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading law firm consisting of 1000+ lawyers. This is a global business where the role will cover both EMEA and APAC. You'll be working for an established brand but also a growing business where you will join a HR function that comprises of nearly 50 people globally. You'll work alongside the Head of HR and HR Director to set and manage the reward strategy and budget.

This role as Reward Manager will see you take responsibility over all global reward matters including compensation, salary benchmarking, employee benefits, global mobility and gender pay gap. You will also have one direct report that takes ownership over the company payroll. This is a varied total reward role which will involve both cyclical reward responsibilities but also projects and design work to drive the overall strategic direction of the reward function. One upcoming project includes the implementation of a global benefits platform and a benefits gap analysis. You will proactively lead on reviewing processes, improving efficiencies and ensuring a consistent and commercial approach. You'll be responsible for overseeing global compensation aspects such as salary benchmarking and the global bonus scheme.

To be considered for this role you must have significant experience in a reward role with knowledge across both compensation and benefits and ideally global mobility. It's essential you also have experience supervising payroll and staff management experience is ideal. You should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills plus a practical and commercial approach. The ability to run successful projects and a flexible and proactive approach will stand you in good stead to succeed. Preferably you will have experience working in a partnership environment.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary c£85k plus bonus and access to an extensive benefits suite. The company are based in central London but offer a hybrid working model.
