Reward Manager
Frazer Jones are working with an exciting and unusual global company to find them a Reward Manager on a permanent basis to help grow and develop the reward function, supporting the Global Head of Reward. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Manager looking for more varied, project focused role, or an experienced Reward Analyst looking to take on more responsibility and autonomy while growing and developing under the mentorship of a talented and experienced Head.
The role is London-based, hybrid working (ideally 2 days per week in the office). They would also consider candidates looking to work part time (four days per week).
As the Reward Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Reward in a small team who are responsible a headcount of 3000 across 60 offices globally. The role is a busy and varied one, with lots of internal stakeholder contact and projects. It will be focussing on global compensation and data analysis, but will involve a lot of stakeholder management and re-education such as upskilling the Talent Team on Reward and its impact.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and providing strategic reward advice on all compensation issues, including market trends, compensation structures, compensation assessments in all business areas, benchmarking, and talent acquisition. Duties will include:
- Supporting the Head of Reward with the annual reward cycle including the pay review, bonuses, benchmarking and related data reporting.
- Projects such as Global Job Levelling and Evaluations.
- Monitor salary and benefit administration practises across the group to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local legislation.
- Support with salary and benefits survey analysis to enhance quality of annual and ad hoc salary uplifts.
- Manage and act as main contact on the annual salary review process and ensure that proposals are within agreed budget, ensuring equity and market competitiveness.
- Work closely with professional advisors such as corporate tax manager and specialist consultancies.
- Prepare reports for business units that analyse how competitively employees are paid in comparison to our competitors.
- Provide advice to line management in relation to the design and implementation of benefit changes including areas such as incentive schemes, pensions, and medical cover as appropriate.
What they are looking for is an accomplished Reward Manager or Senior Analyst, with experience working within a complex global organisation. You should have a strong understanding of job evaluation method, compensation packages and market trends.
