Reward Manager SEA - Technology

Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning global technology business, is seeking a Reward Manager (Asia) to join the HR team, based in the Singapore office. Reporting directly in to the Regional Head of Reward, this Reward Manager will act as deputy to the Regional Head, partnering with the in-country Reward Leads to drive Reward Strategy, Compensation, Benefits, Projects and Policies across the region, ensuring annual Reward processes are delivered end-to-end within a high performance, fast paced and complex organisation. Alongside the BAU Reward processes, you will also be key in taking the lead with regional Reward projects and initiatives, working collaboratively with the team.

As part of a lean Reward team, you will be responsible for partnering with Country, Regional and Functional Heads as well as the HR Leadership team to drive a best in class Rewards offering. You will be comfortable operating in a hands-on position with a naturally consultative and professional style. You will ideally be operating in another Regional / SEA Reward Manager role in house (Technology, Fintech or Professional Services industry experience preferred), either in an individual contributor capacity or perhaps managing a small team. Prior experience in Reward Consulting would also be desirable. You will be highly numerate, analytical and you will have excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable operating in a matrix environment.
