Reward Manager

My Bristol based client is looking to hire a Reward Manager to focus across the full suite of compensation & benefits.

Reporting to the HR Director, the position leads a Reward team with responsibility for developing and delivering the reward strategy, the growth and development of the team, and ensuring the compensation cycle runs smoothly, benchmarking is successfully completed and benefits becomes fully integrated for a headcount of c.1,000+.

With accountability for the reward and benefits strategy for the firm you will also be responsible for the annual salary review process, the annual renewal of staff benefits schemes, day to day management of all third party providers, job levelling and job grading, gender pay reporting etc. The company also has an outsourced Payroll and Pension scheme which you will need to manage via a 3rd party outsourcer. You will work closely with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business.

This position will suit someone with previous experience operating as a Reward Manager and able to evidence team management. With experience gained across the breadth and depth of C&B's, you must be analytical, commercial and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. It is likely your experience will have been gained within a white collar environment such as Professional or Financial Services or similar.
