Reward Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a FTSE organisation as the Reward Partner for a global headcount of c.2,000.

With a dotted line into the Global Head of Reward (Group) you will be responsible for leading Reward across global locations and a headcount of c.2,000. Working closely with the Group Global Compensation team, you will review and develop all compensation related policies, lead the annual compensation and rewards cycle and support on the implementation of compensation management tools. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners regarding compensation delivery and administration, procedures and policies as well as communications. You will also oversee all mobility policies and work closely with HR colleagues & Resourcing in relation to performance, job grading and salary benchmarking.

You will be Senior Compensation Analyst or Reward Partner/Manager with experience across the breadth of compensation and benefits having led on annual reward and pay reviews. Experience of International remuneration and global mobility would be an advantage.

The company operates a hybrid working model with offices based in Gloucestershire, Cornwall and the South Coast. Access to one of these locations would be an advantage.
