Frazer Jones have partnered with an established professional services publishing firm based in the heart of central London. This client is now actively looking to add a Reward specialist to their team. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow growth within an international firm, you will help in the review of these procedures, this includes benchmarking exercises, working on salary reviews and act as an expert on reporting analytics. You will make impactful changes to the global Reward functions and directly be supporting the Director of Reward on all global pay and benefits practises. You will act as the first point of contact and collaborate with the local HR teams’ in being the initial point of contact. Role is hybrid based (2 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

  • Produce insightful reward analytics, that will help the wider HR team to make informed Reward Decisions
  • Responsible for Global salary review processes which also includes producing templates and materials that are circulated to local HR Teams
  • Work with other group functions with any requirements regarding Rewards
  • To be an expert in all global compensation and benefits related policies and processes
  • First point of contact for local HR Teams
  • Assist and aid the wider teams by producing Data and materials required for compensation and remuneration committee

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a compensation and benefits roles working across various territories
  • Possesses proficiency in at least one additional European language in addition to English
  • Experience with producing Data Analytics
  • Knowledge of the executive reward processes
  • Working knowledge of local HR teams, finance teams, and third-party consultants.

Skills:

  • Ability to think outside the box and coming up with fresh or creative methods to approach problems
  • HRIS (SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a plus
  • Excel Aficionado
  • Reliable and transparent communicator
  • Problem solving skills
  • Service Oriented, but also able to establish and put in place clear rules and standards
