We are delighted to be retained by a leading European Asset Manager to find them a VP of Reward to join their new London HQ (Bank). This exciting role will be responsible for developing their global reward function, ensuring the policies, processes and structures align with both a sustainable and fair philosophy and reflect fund performance. Twice voted European Fund of The Year, this rapidly expanding business is attracting key staff globally and is steadily building out it’s footprint to capitalise on their successes. Current headcount is c900 staff, and forecast to exceed 1,000 before year end. Reporting into the HR Director, and with X2 direct reports you will serve as a crucial SME on compensation and deferred compensation plans within the business. Duties will include managing and coordinating the annual bonus and salary review process – creating the annual timetable, moderate bonus and salary proposals and prepare analysis as required. You will prepare the annual Total Reward Statements for employees as well as creation of accompanying factsheets and prepare relevant papers for management/Board illustrating and analysing compensation structure and spend (current annual payroll spend is c£100m with a £30m bonus pot), additionally the firm has an MRT population of c50 individuals and are in scope for the AIFMD regulations. They are looking to meet candidates with previous reward experience within financial services together with advanced excel, strong analytical skills and be highly numerate with great attention to detail.
