With a strong presence in the UAE and over 10,000 employees, this organisation is currently embarking on an exciting period of transformation across the business.
The transformation will be key in diversifying this organisation’s commercial reach and the Reward function in particular will play a huge part in this change.
The Role
One of the critical new positions in the HR team is the Reward Director role, based in Abu Dhabi. The Reward Director will be responsible for design and delivery of competitive reward programmes.
This newly appointed individual will build the long-term C&B strategy and programs that are aimed towards attracting & retaining high performing and high potential employees.
This is a team management role with support from a Shared Services team. The role will have a project focus.
Some of the key projects that the Reward Director will be responsible for will include:
- Board level Consulting
- Performance Management strategy review and design
- Conducting in depth analysis of market trends
- Rewards governance and compliance
- Executive Reward review and design
- LTI/STI, stock, variable bonus review
- Global Mobility strategy review
The Criteria
The ideal profile for this fantastic opportunity will have exceptional experience when designing and delivering on the full suite of reward programmes mentioned above. This organisation is looking for an experienced and technically outstanding individual due to the complexity and critical nature of the projects at hand.
You will have had exposure to progressive reward practices and a demonstrable track record of implementation of those in a dynamic, complex, and agile environment.
