Our client, a dynamic fast-paced iconic brand in the spirits industry, is looking for a Rewards/Compensation Lead supporting their Americas region. In this role, you will look after compensation programs for an employee remit of around 1800 throughout the US and Latin America (7+ countries). This includes oversight of initiatives from market analysis and benchmarking through job evaluation, budgeting, incentive management, systems and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience working across different markets while understanding the various nuances at the local level in tandem with a global compensation philosophy. The role will lead a team of 3 direct reports while supporting key business stakeholders and providing valued input through an organization-wide HR transformation. Knowledge of Spanish language a huge plus.
