Sales Compensation Consultant
My global client (Financial services industry) is seeking a creative Sales Compensation Consultant to help design, develop and implement comprehensive global compensation strategies for multiple business groups, including Sales. Collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, you will have the chance to model, analyze and truly advise for this ambitious organization (1,500 global employees across multiple countries and rapid growth plans ahead). This role would suit a people oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a background in financial services.
This is an individual contributor role that reports into Director level and requires an analytical skillset and expertise across all aspects of compensation planning and administration, with the ability to manage and support exciting global projects. You will have a lot of autonomy to make decisions, be independent and organize your own diary.
