We are working with a leading Financial Services organisation and employer of choice in Manchester, to recruit a permanent Senior Benefits Analyst.

You will be responsible for leading the EMEA benefits renewal cycle and the production of all benefits data metrics including the annual benefits cost analysis, vendor costs, benefits & wellbeing metrics. You will assist with the maintenance of the database and answer queries from the business via the HR system. You will support the Benefits Team Leader with the development of the system and troubleshoot where necessary. Finally, you will manage relationships with EMEA benefits vendors and third-party suppliers and local brokers and to ensure compliance with vendor assessment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced benefits analyst to join a prestigious organisation and play a pivotal part in the development and success of the benefits function. You will need proven experience as a senior benefits analyst gained within a large, ideally global, organisation ideally with EMEA responsibilities. You will need excellent written and verbal communications skills to manage vendors with strong attention to detail. You need to be extremely efficient in order to manage your time and advanced use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
