Our client, a notable law firm in lower Manhattan, is interested in hearing from a talented Senior Benefits Consultant. This is a newly created position that has arisen as part of a broader company investment in employee benefits and well-being. As a Benefits Specialist, you will function as part of an agile team supporting the benefits operations for a small organization. You will partner directly with the Director of Benefits to oversee health and welfare plans, educate new and existing employees on Benefits offerings, establish relationships with vendors, conduct market research to inform benefits strategy, maintain HRIS reporting and other administrative initiatives, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
You will bring a variety of skills to the table. You will be the SME in benefits including FMLA, Leave, Wellness, Medical, Retirement plans, open enrollment, Total Rewards, Budget, and FSA. The most important factor you will add is your benefit's design experience specifically across H&W and retirement plans. You have selected plan offerings/funds before. Having knowledge/discipline of project management is a huge plus.
