Senior Benefits Manager
Our client, an international nonprofit working with local governments and partners in more than 80 countries to design and implement evidence-based strategies that tackle their most pressing public health problems, is looking to fill the important role of Senior Benefits Manager to join their dynamic HR team.
The Senior Benefits Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, compliance, communication and management of comprehensive U.S. benefits programs to support and enhance the health and well-being of approximately 175 U.S. based employees. You will also manage employees’ benefit experience from onboarding to customer support to offboarding. You will manage benefits administration including vendor management, oversee accurate billing, and provide data and/or reports to assist with organizational decision making.
Ideally looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in both the strategic and operational side of benefits.
The role requires 2 days in the New York office. The salary will range by experience between 80-100K and great benefits.
