We are pleased to be collaborating with a Professional Services leader to appoint a Senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. A Fortune 500 company, our client has offices spread across more than 40 countries, and offers a wide range of asset/facilities solutions to meet different needs. Cognizant that its people are its most valuable assets and key contributors to its success, they are looking to scale their Rewards team to ensure that the firm remains attractive to prospective and current employees. This role is based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Rewards Director, the successful individual will provide compensation and benefits consultancy and operational support. Strategically, the role entails (re)designing and (re)developing compensation programs that align with ever-shifting business objectives, working closely with senior leaders. Benefits forms another key cornerstone of the portfolio, involving timely reviews of extant non-monetary offerings for the various markets as well as staying updated on latest trends to stay abreast of competitors. Operationally, this means executing/administering the aforementioned Rewards frameworks as well as communicating them to managers and employees in a targeted fashion. You should likewise partner the global team to take helm of survey strategies that will provide you with insights on ground sentiments and to determine the competitiveness of existing Rewards programs.

We are ideally looking for a proven HR individual with at least 7 years of C&B experience. Regional exposure is ideal since Rewards – especially Benefits offerings – are very much tied to local stipulations and should account for cultural nuances. Aside from knowledge of best practices within the Rewards space, you should bring with you keen analytical skills that will aid in the development of strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based, multi-industry sales environment. You possess a consultative and engaging personality, as the role requires extensive stakeholder engagements across functions and seniority.
