This multi-billion dollar, global Retail business have grown rapidly through acquisitions over the years. Their lean, agile Reward team is looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join them to help primarily with their EMEA workforce, however your work has the potential to impact the business across the globe. You'll work on harmonisation projects across compensation, benefits and pensions. You'll also help with regular cyclical processes like salary and bonus reviews, and and pay and benefits benchmarking. You'll liaise with external vendors, assit with auditing and reporting and support the launch of new Reward programs.
You will report into a Director who is based in Europe and will have the opportunity to travel regularly within Europe. You will also have regular contact with senior overseas contacts. There is huge room for growth and they are very open to new processes and ways of doing things, so you will be able to leave your mark on the business - and possibly come up with ideas which are implemented globally. The structure is quite flat and you'll have regular face time with senior stakeholders. This is really a role that you can make your own.
You will need an excellent understanding of the UK pensions landscape, including DB and DC pensions, and some experience of the wider Compensation & Benefits agenda. You will also need good analytical skills and be comfortable using Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
