This global organisation, with interesting business lines spanning media, information and technology is now recruiting a Compensation Consultant to join on a 6 month ftc. The role will be to provide expert reward advice following a significant acquisition, which will cover: structuring/harmonising LTIP & STIP plans across the business, provide best practice compensation advice to the SLT and ExCo, support the Global Head of Reward with RemCo papers and DRR and help to develop reward philosophy across the enlarged group. As a result the business is looking to meet senior Reward Managers/Reward Consultants who ideally have had post acquisition experience to include large-scale harmonisation/integration projects.
