Our client, a well known media firm in midtown Manhattan with about 1100 employees, is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant for a 1-2+ month interim assignment. In this role you will report to their highly regarded SVP/Head of People on managing rewards related activities in this collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced environment while leading one Compensation Analyst. You will be primarily focused on year-end activities in addition to benchmarking, salary surveys, compensation modeling, merit budget planning and possibly some executive/equity compensation.
