Senior Consultant

We are working with an international human capital consulting firm who are appointing a niche role to their team. The opportunity sits as part of a wider group with a focus on supporting clients within the areas of energy transition such as solar or wind power. The focus of the role will be to support private equity clients in the areas of assessment, organisational design, leadership development with commercial advice and expertise which supports their business growth and builds value. The organisation operate an agile approach with 40% in the London office, and the rest split between client site and remote working. The firm is seeking an experienced management consultant operating in this space who enjoys and has proven success within sales of consulting solutions and business development to the value of six figures per annum.
