Responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical knowledge on executive compensation matters
- Assessing business challenges, designing solutions and project-managing client assignments
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and building relations
- Supporting private companies with the design of compensation structures
- Working in accordance with the risk management framework and company policies
- Providing incentive design consulting
- Equity plan valuations
- Performance calibration
- Supporting with benchmarking exercises
- Communicating technical knowledge of UK executive compensation governance
To be considered for this role you must come with technical executive compensation knowledge and ideally have an interest in the financial services or technology sectors. Ideally you will have experience as a consultant facing off to clients, but my client will also consider in-house candidates that demonstrate the attributes to become an effective consultant. These attributes include strong communication skills, stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives and the ability to articulate knowledge effectively to a variety of clients and colleagues. You should have a thorough understanding of remuneration and the issues affecting reward and be able to juggle a number of priorities and deadlines. Preferably you will have previously worked for a matrix-structured structured global business. This position will offer a competitive base salary as well as a discretionary annual bonus of circa 25% and car allowance. The business is a highly reputable company that can offer long-term career progression, an impressive client base and a challenging but rewarding working environment. The company is offering hybrid working and a host of wider benefits.
