Senior Customer Account Partner, Reward/SaaS
We are currently working with an AI driven HR technology business that is looking for a Senior Customer/Account Manager on a permanent basis.
This position faces externally to globally branded clients acting as a trusted advisor and managing the client relationship and account. Alongside being responsible for client growth and revenue, you will work with clients to identify process improvements and product requirements as well as ensuring continued success and retention.
The company itself provides AI solutions for reward, job architecture and HR talent mapping, typically working with CHRO’s, Head of Compensation & Benefits and Head of Talent within their client base. As such they are looking for an experienced Account Manager with hands on experience and understanding of Reward and wider HR or who have worked within a b2b SaaS environment. You will be tech savvy with a keen eye on the commercial aspects and with a proven track record of managing external client relationships to drive growth, revenue and continuous improvement. You will be used to working at pace in a rapidly changing & evolving environment.
While the role is predominantly home based, you will need to access offices in the South West and London on occasion.
