Our client, a midsized global technology leader with 10,000 employees, is seeking an innovative Senior Compensation strategist to work within their complex global structure and serve as deputy to the global head of function. As a key part of the firm’s cutting edge, ever-evolving compensation philosophy, you will drive global rollout, harmonization and testing of compensation programs focused on broad based compensation in an acquisitive environment.

With a skilled direct report to guide and partner with, your role will be tasked with pay design, strategy, and modeling, while also leading global communications and oversight of a variety of new and legacy pay practices. Based out of their Midtown NYC office with two days per week in-office hybrid required, you will be responsible for formulating, executing, and overseeing global compensation-related matters (benchmarking, short and long-term incentives, job assessments, performance evaluations, and both long- and short-term incentive programs.) Specialized areas may include some Executive Compensation as well. Additionally, strong project management for org-wide projects will be useful.
