Senior Director of Total Rewards
We are currently searching for a Senior Director of Total Rewards based in NJ. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the compensation and benefits programs. This includes managing the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the compensation and benefit programs (i.e., ‘Total Rewards’), policies, and procedures, ensuring the programs support the business objectives and meet all legal requirements. The role will conduct ongoing assessments of job functions and associated compensation using market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that they are competitive and an ’employer of choice” in the job market. As an integral part of the HR team, this role ensures that rewards and recognition programs champion a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and own the total rewards philosophy and approach. Additionally, you will collaborate with the leaders to design and implement competitive compensation and well-being programs to meet the business needs. This individual will manage 4 direct reports and lead the planning and design of the annual compensation process. Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance of all benefit and total reward programs with federal and state rules and regulations, including maintenance and management of ERISA plan documents.
The client is seeking 7 plus years of HR experience with 3 plus years in a leadership position. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building stills and proven time management skills will be key for the role. This position will be hybrid.
