Are you an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor with a large amount of experience in complex ER and heavy case load exposure? If so then I have an excellent opportunity for you as I am working with a large financial services client seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a 12 month FTC. This role will work alongside the broader HR team operating in a Centre of Excellence model to drive best practice across the UK.
Working across the Commercial Banking population this will require someone with a background weighted towards the complex management and delivery of a caseload. Providing high level support for ER-related risk including disciplinary, grievances, litigation, restructures and broader change work as well as designing and maintaining the ER strategy.
The business has HR BP's who handle the day to day HR lifecycle within the business units, with this role working alongside and in tandem to maintain a proactive and engaging HR offering. Knowledge of the UK employment law as well as a demonstrable experience initiating discussions across the business and operating in an advisory capacity.
