This leading professional services firm is looking for a Senior ER Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. This role will see the successful candidate implementing the delivery of ER across the business ensuring it is delivered in a consistent manner, reflecting best practice.
Reporting into the HR Director you will build strong relationships across the firm you will be a trusted advisor to the business providing clear and commercial case management support on a wide range of issues from TUPE, restructuring, and performance. Offering a solid coaching and advisory service you will also support the development of the wider HR team to expand their ER knowledge in order to offer accurate advice at first line.
The firm is looking to meet with solid ER professionals who have gained significant ER experience and exposure within diverse, fast paced environments. You will possess strong leadership and influencing skills with experience of dealing with complex ER issues. You will be able to tangibly and analytically outline data, making recommendations and offering solutions as a result of this consistently delivering commercial solutions. You will possess strong Employment law knowledge and be fully CIPD qualified.
