Job description

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have the full responsibility to partner with the business in full spectrum of HR functions with a focus on end-to-end Talent Acquisition. You will play both a hands-on and strategic role to ensure the business is well supported on all HR agenda and at the same time foster a high-performance culture. Apart from that, you will play an active part in the recruitment process to find talent and build talent pipelines for the business to make a remarkable impact on the company.

The Successful Applicant

To be succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 8 years TA experience. The ideal candidate should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment which require a strong and resilient mentally who is highly adaptable. You should also have excellent communication and influencing skills. You should be familiar with the CoE structure. It would be critical to the role if you do have prior experience in an engineering, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, or manufacturing environment.
