Senior Executive Reward Consultant (Remuneration)
Frazer Jones is now partnering with an outstanding financial consultancy firm who are looking for an Senior Executive Reward consultant/ Senior consultant to join their executive team on a permanent basis. As an executive Reward consultant/ senior consultant, you will collaborate with a wide range of clients and industries on projects to assist on client projects you will be part of the everyday design in remuneration/compensation solutions for committee’s as well as management teams. This role is based in the heart of central London, hybrid working of 2 days a week in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Draft engagement letters and project proposals
- Collaborate with other senior executive consultants on client presentation projects.
- Handle client projects by creating project charts and templates with the aid of project management software, estimating the team’s labour needs, and creating timeframes for project milestones.
- Offer training programs to internal and external consultants.
- Act as the first point in developing new compensation tools and templates that can be leveraged in multiple markets such as new excel-based tools and templates for determining internal and external market competitiveness.
- Deliver standard training programs internally and externally.
- Ensure intellectual capital generated within own projects is captured and available for others to draw on.
- Proactively contribute to personal learning’s, insights, and knowledge through the knowledge management forums.
- Monitor budget compliance for client projects. Manage the client’s expectations and handle out-of-scope problems or budget overruns right away. Set project activity priorities to manage workload and achieve deadlines.
- Draft and review client presentations and reports
- Design and present project charts and templates
- Draft project proposals and respond to all client proposals.
Skills:
- Prior experience working in an Executive Compensation/remuneration environment.
- The ability to also demonstrate your ability to engage clients whilst displaying good interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
