Senior Expert HR Payroll (m/f/d)

to be located in München

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of payroll and follow-up activities for our employees using SAP HCM, taking into account tax and social security principles and all related administrative tasks
  • Maintenance of personnel master data and organization management in SAP as well as the maintenance of time recording data and holiday administration
  • Being available as a contact person for questions and issues relating to tax and social insurance law as well as payroll accounting
  • Preparation of statistics and reports (standard and ad hoc, quarterly earnings surveys, severely disabled compensation levy)
  • First point of contact for health insurance companies and tax offices, as well as for company and financial audits, and ensure good cooperation with them
  • Supporting the Finance department with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (e.g. providing information such as provisions, etc.)
  • Working on HR projects - especially on the continuous improvement of HR accounting processes

Candidate Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a university degree with a business orientation - ideally with a focus on human resources
  • Experience in the area of payroll accounting with SAP HCM in an internationally active and dynamic company
  • You have been able to acquire sound specialist knowledge in the area of wage tax and social security law
  • Relevant experience in the area of professional and disciplinary management
  • You describe yourself as service-oriented and extremely resilient and your working method as extremely independent
  • An expert in SAP HCM and the usual MS Office applications - other tools and knowledge are an asset
  • Very good German and good English skills
