Tasks
- You will design modern and sustainable Compensation & Benefits solutions and policies for a globally growing company in the midst of a challenging transformation.
- The observation of market trends in Europe, Asia and America as well as well-founded analyses flow into your concepts and you ensure consistent implementation at all levels
- Your persuasiveness and trusting cooperation with all stakeholders are a key success factor in the development of recommendations for the HR leadership team, in the preparation of decisions, in advising executives and in negotiations with co-determination bodies.
- As a member of the Human Resources Function, you will actively contribute to HR projects and processes and take on responsibility as a project manager.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a university degree in a relevant discipline, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in the context of Compensation & Benefits, Policies and/or Co-determination Management and act on the basis of a sound generalist HR knowledge
- Your successfully implemented concepts and concrete project experience in the German Compensation & Benefits environment as well as on a global level speak for themselves
- You are confident in working in international teams in German and English; further language skills are an advantage
- Your distinctive analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working are the pillars of your working style
- Even in stressful, dynamic work environments and in the face of setbacks, you rely on your tolerance for ambiguity and keep your cool
