A superb opportunity has arisen with a global technology firm for a senior benefits professional, specifically looking after their health and wellbeing agenda for EMEA. Reporting in to the EMEA Head of Benefits, you will look after just shy of 50 countries in the region and be the key point of contact for vendors, senior stakeholders and the wider HR community.
You will take ownership of healthcare plans including child care vouchers, cycle schemes, eye care vouchers, back-up child care, onsite doctors and gym membership. You will have strategic oversight for the implementation and delivery of new benefit policies and communicate them to the business on a regular basis. You will ensure vendors provide an exceptional service at the lowest possible cost to keep budgets to a minimum, whilst brainstorming new initiatives to engage and motivate the workforce.
You must have benefits experience with a global organisation, ideally in professional, financial or technological firm. You must have excellent analytical skills as you will utilise your advanced Excel skills on a daily basis, whilst being able to communicate complex, analytical findings in a simplistic manner. You will have superb relationship management skills and be a strong negotiator whilst being able to work in a fast paced environment and deliver fantastic results to tight deadlines.
