As the Senior HR Advisor you will be working directly with the HR Director, be expected to be confident in dealing with all operational areas of HR as well comfortable in assisting in performance management and appraisals.
You'll have a high level of autonomy and be the first point of call for requests such as flexible working and advice on absences as well as being that key point of contact for employees with broader queries.
As someone who is a genuine team player, you'll be happy to support across the wider HR team, giving you exposure to Graduate Recruitment and benefits.
You'll have responsibility for compiling reports on request from the newly implemented HRIS as well as being a trusted advisor on how this system can help the business.
Ideally you'll have an interest in D&I as there is plenty of scope to drive internal projects here as well as getting involved with already established internal support platforms.
To be considered for this role you must have worked with HR within legal.
