In this role, you will have a broad level of responsibility and will see you take the lead on complex ER cases (including absence cases, performance managment, disciplinaries/grievances etc.), strategic project work and mentoring junior members of the team.
You will have day to day client management including developing strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders allowing you to influence decisions and speed up processes.
Additionally, the role will encourage you to have constant engagement with wider parts of the business such as Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward teams to build up your knowledge and skillset in each of these areas.
The environment for this role is incredibly fast paced and as a Senior HR Advisor, you will need to be a solutions focused HR professional who can build trust and provide suggestions quickly.
