My client, a hospitality business based in central London, are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to help them build a HR function from scratch.
This would be an ideal role for an experienced HR Generalist that has worked within a SME organisation (ideally hospitality) that has grown substantially and required assistance in building the HR function. The role will cover both Head office (10 people) and floor staff (c200).
You will need to be experienced in supporting auditing of employee files, populating HR systems and able to implement HR processes. It will be a hand-on operational role as there is little in place currently so a wide variety of terms need to be collated, recorded and presented to directors. This will be an ideal opportunity for somebody that is happy to work in a stand-alone autonomous role with the capability to build a team around them.
The contract will be for an initial 3 months but is a fluid assignment and could run as long as 12 months.
