Senior HR Advisor- German Speaker



A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor within a high-end, well know designer brand. Based near the West End in London , working within a global HR team of 60. The post holder will be focused on supporting the EMEA region of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor, who has previously supported the EMEA region or an established bi-lingual German speaking HR Advisor looking for the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and developing policies and procedure that supports the business needs and operates under best practice.
  • Ensuring market compliance through monitoring of the internal databases, driving improvements where required.
  • Supporting with complex ER cases on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Coaching and training line managers in relation to employee issues, partnering with field HR professionals.
  • Facilitating and supporting transformation projects across the EMEA region of the business.
  • Supporting and facilitating the development of the junior HR team.
  • Lead on employee engagement initiatives, driving the employee experince strategy.
  • Co-ordinating monthly payroll alongside the payroll team
