An industry leader in integrated energy is currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their Central London based team! The Senior HR Advisor will provide full generalist support to a key UK client group and will work closely with the Italian Head Office. Therefore Italian language skills are strongly preferred. The main responsibilities of the role will include partnering with the business and global resourcing team on recruitment processes, providing training and development resources, compensation and benefits support, working with managers on performance reviews & reward, supporting HR leaders in the implementation of HR policies & procedures, and providing HR advisory support to line managers on employment terms and conditions, benefits and disciplinary and grievance matters. This is a very broad and hands on role with excellent opportunity to work closely with management within the business to support them through processes and partner with HR leadership on ad-hoc projects as well as managing the operational HR duties.
Experience in a full generalist role is essential and you must be comfortable operating at a business partnering level whilst also managing HR administration duties when necessary. Due to the Liaison with the Italian HQ, Italian speakers will be preferred. Experience in a large matrix organisation and a knowledge of the oil & gas or energy sectors would be highly advantageous.
