My client, who has a headcount of circa 200 employees, has the need for a Senior HR Advisor to cover a 14 month maternity cover. This is going to be starting in JULY 2019 so suits somebody with a law firm/professional services background and an ability to operate in a fast paced business. As a smaller sized business the challenges are often surrounding complex and hands on senior stakeholders on the business side, driving best practice HR and understanding the full HR spectrum.
This role will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships immediately with the commercial leaders, engage on reward and benefits offering plus drive various HR Projects across the team. An aspect of this will be leading on ER grievances and handling some complex caseloads, so it will need somebody who enjoys the ER space and wants to handle work in that world.
Working as part of a wider HR team collaboration is a key component at this firm and needs somebody who enjoys operating as part of a team offering. This means that aspects of the role will overlap with other members and an ability to work closely is integral.
