Are you an experienced HR shared services professional thinking about the next step?
I am working with a leading facilities management organisation in West London, in their search for a Senior HR Advisor. This is a permanent and full-time role, paying £30-35,000 depending on experience.
Managing a small team of HR Administrators and reporting to the HR Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing the administration, leading TUPE projects, and reviewing policies and procedures. This will allow you to have a varied workload and immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join the organisation, as they are currently in the middle of a huge TUPE project. This will allow you to build up your expertise in this area of HR, and really combine the commercial aspects of HR with the people-oriented side.
Additionally, you will also be using Oracle on a daily basis, maintaining best practice, and working closely with payroll. This is a fantastic opportunity to implement and review policies and procedures, and play an integral role in streamlining and improving processes.
The working hours are 8am - 5pm, and there may also be occasional travel to other UK sites.
