Are you an experienced HR Generalist working within the Financial Services sector looking for a new and challenging role? Frazer Jones are currently working with a well regarded Wealth Management business who are looking to hire into their UK HR function.
The role will be supporting and working alongside a dynamic and very commercially minded Business Partner performing a varied role covering multiple HR disciplines, including but not limited to:
- Supporting the delivery of HR plans and projects to align business objectives, strategies and values
- Supporting all of the end to end recruitment activity
- Supporting on employee relations cases in line with business requirements
- Leading on or supporting on redundancies
- Supporting the business by being seen as a subject matter expert on HR activities
Ideal candidates will be educated to degree level (minimum 2:1), CIPD qualified and have a proven ability to work to a similar level within a Financial Services environment.
