One of Bristol's leading professional services firms are looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their existing HR team. This organisation has a head count of circa 200 people based in Bristol and they pride themselves on the high quality and personalised service they offer to their clients.

You will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner in all generalist activity, this will include, employee relation case work, sickness absence, performance management, flexible working, recruitment and inductions and mitigation of employment and litigation risks.
This is a very fast paced and demanding role that will be a challenge but extremely rewarding offering you huge exposure within the organisation and will allow you to further develop within your HR career. Working for an inspirational and engaging HR Business Partner you will be given support as well as autonomy to lead on HR activities and projects.
Your previous success, ideally within a professional services firm and operating as an HR generalist, will lead to your success in this role. You will ideally hold a 2.1 degree and be CIPD qualified. You will be confident in your ability and enjoy working as part of a forward thinking team.
