Senior HR Advisor (Learning & Development) Up to £45,000. Base office can be located in Redhill, Surrey or Manchester (travel will be required to other offices). Hybrid working on offer.
As the Senior HR Advisor (Learning & Development) you will report into the Head of HR and will help create a dynamic and rewarding learning & development programme allowing all employees to progress their careers as well as develop the broader learning and development strategy across the UK. This is a newly created and integral role which will require the successful applicant to understand and support the delivery of all training, to communicate effectively throughout and find the most cost-effective solutions to match their needs.
You will be accountable for evaluating individual and organisational development needs, implementing various learning methods companywide, helping managers to assist and motivate their team members through creating career paths and working with the business to help design, source and deliver e-learning courses and workshops. You will also be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding process through the training academy, review training budgets and negotiate effective cost of training sessions and track completed training and success of the training utilising IT Solutions.
As the Senior HR Advisor (Learning & Development) you will actively contribute to the delivery of the company’s HR vision, deliver a culture driven by the core values and behaviours and create a positive brand in the market and community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and commercially astute Senior HR Advisor (Learning and development) to join an innovative business. To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background operating as Senior HR Advisor (Learning & Development), within a professional services/regulated environment and have achieved the CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development or equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate your current knowledge of effective learning and development methods, be familiar with e-learning platforms and practices and have experience in project management.
