Senior HR Advisor - PART TIME

One of our most impressive professional services firms is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC on a part time basis. Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will have full autonomy of your designated client groups from a broad, generalist perspective.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in a generalist role at Advisor level, who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will have ownership of employee relations cases and be responsible for leading on meetings and investigations. You will also be assisting the team on HR projects and helping the team leads to manage the running of HR operations.

Its quite rare we get such a generalist HR role through on a part time basis, so this is a great chance to really grow your skillset and progress your career.

The suitable candidate will ideally have experience in the financial or professional services and have a thorough understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
