A Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager is required for my client who are based in Worcestershire, this is a site based role looking after a headcount of c.100 and responsibility for managing an HR Administrator.
You will act as the first point of contact for all people related activities to the site and the management team. This is a broad HR generalist position with responsibility for all site HR activities, you will provide support to the development and delivery of the HR strategy, to include: employee engagement, coaching and developing the senior leadership team, employee and industrial relations, succession planning and performance management, recruitment, HR management information and training.
My client is looking for a pro-active and self-starting HR Manager who has worked in a similar blue collar environment (engineering, food production, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics). With strong knowledge of UK employment law you will have the ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change in a fast paced working environment.
You will also be a part of a much larger International team, this will expose you to International projects and occasional travel into Europe.
