Managing the recruitment and selection process, multi-country.
Negotiation of terms and conditions of employment with external candidates and employees, overseeing and preparation of contracts of employment.
Work with the HRM to prepare and implement the annual pay and reward review, costing benefits and providing analysis where required.

Work with line managers to drive the annual performance management review and support with the talent and succession planning process.
