We are pleased to partner a leading global Financial Services firm to appoint a Senior Human Resources (HR) Analytics Manager. As a leading industrial player with one of the most comprehensive global product platforms available, the client has footprints in more than 100 countries and boasts a sizeable global workforce. In line with their commitment towards organisation excellence, they are looking to leverage on the expertise of an HR practitioner who can utilise data meaningfully to improve employee experience as well as enable business leaders to make grounded decisions. This is an individual contributor role.

Reporting into the Head of Analytics, the successful individual will be part of a team of three responsible for enabling business and organisational growth. Strategically, s/he will work closely with stakeholders within and beyond HR (e.g. HRBP, CoE, Finance) and serve as an internal consultant. This goes beyond identifying observable trends through thorough analyses, but also conveying key complications (i.e. ‘so what’) and proposing recommendations (i.e. ‘so how’) in an intelligible manner. On the operations front, the Senior HR Analytics Manager acts as a data steward insofar as s/he will monitor and collaborate with the related departments to ensure the accuracy and currency of people data, as well as determine its relevance to driving business strategies/solutions.

This role will undoubtedly require candidates who are familiar with the major HR Information Systems, data reporting metrics and visualisation software on the market (e.g. Successfactors, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI). Aside from possessing the requisite expertise to analyse complex data and translate them into organisational goals, being able to communicate these sophisticated information into comprehensible, actionable ideas is an equally important endeavour. Finally since this is a global-spanning role, you should bring with you the ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders holding different functional profiles and sitting in different offices.
