Our client is looking for a true Senior People Business Partner who is ready to bring their professional knowledge and personal creativity to the wider People Team and HR projects. These ideas and solutions will ensure a great people service is delivered in a strategic way that contributes directly to the objectives of the organisation.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a confident people person and be able to enable and build effective relationships with the national unions and external bodies. You will be confident in challenging and influencing major stake holders across a multi- sited organisation. You will also be working with and managing others on projects, so a collaborative working style, with the ability to motivate and engage team members would be great.
You will be responsible for the south London region of the organisation that can have a high level of ER activity and so an up-to-date knowledge and proven experience of effective handling of ER cases is important. As part of this role you will be establishing alongside a ER specialist how to effectively reduce ER activity. A strategic outlook and the ability to analyse and communicate key People data would be useful for interpreting complex information for effective people management and planning.
To be successful in this role you will hold a CIPD level 7 or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years working at business partner. You will be able to demonstrate your strategic ability working with a customer group of around 200 employees as a minimum.
