This is a newly created Senior HR Business Partner position to support the Managing Director, CIO and senior leadership teams across a large, diverse and matrixed headcount.
Reporting to the HR Director, this is a business critical position with a key focus on enabling transformation and the development and delivery of an integrated and solutions focused people plan, working closely with HR Shared Services and the COE. This focus will vary across shaping and driving the people strategy and as such be involved in cultural development, organisational design and the target operating model, leadership capability, technical capability, HR effectiveness, resourcing and reward and D&I.
This position requires an experienced HR Business Partner with the gravitas and credibility to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to drive significant change and transformation across a complex and matrixed corporate. You will be able to evidence robust Business Partnering, the ability to handle complex and difficult situations with confidence, and strong analytical skills combined with acute commercial awareness. A highly effective communicator, you will have a track record of conceiving and driving the People Plan/Strategy alongside leading and delivering large change and transformation programmes. Experience of working within a Technology or Digital space or having supported these functional areas would be an advantage.
